I've made a change to the permissions, I doubt it'll make a difference but let's see. It could be a hard problem to solve. Could be browser related, or something to do with one of the extensions

Didn't work, but tried it on Edge and seems to be working fine as far as I can see, so problem seems to be with Chrome. I'll try clearing my history/cache or something and see if that makes any difference.

edit: not working on edge now either πŸ˜ƒ

Can the like button have more reactions for it, like lols, angry, etc?

goon any patterns you can spot, e.g. forum, times, post size, threads, could be helpful.

Also, if anyone else is having such issues, please let me know.

Pepe LeFrits Good thing the time has been corrected. A pet peeve of mine on the old one was seeing the time being off by a quarter of an hour. Not an hour, not 2 hours, but a quarter of an hour. Like how wa that even possible? Not like there are quarter hour time zones.

I wrote longer post above and got the error.

Deleted half and it worked. Same above hence 3 posts.

goon Can you access the developer console in Chrome and see what it shows when this happens?

In Chrome, click More Tools -> Developer Tools then in the bottom right pane click on Console

Working perfectly at work today fwiw. Not sure if you've done anything or if it's just a sign that I should be posting on here during work hours and not personal time.

It looks like quoting posts that start with 'aside from' is not allowed. How bizarre. Thanks @Dragan for the help (I deleted the posts in the other thread to keep it on topic).

          Burnwinter … from Voltaire

"xxxxxx, xxxxx from Voltaire" here won't work, and I can't quote "xxxxxx from Voltaire" above either! (See the original post for the actual banned words "Anyway" and "Aside" …)

Truly quirky glitch, like someone's written a small, highly specific script to detect waffle. Which is naturally going straight for my jugular.

Yeah, I got it for another term a while back. It's such a specific bug and easily worked around that I haven't looked into it much. I tried disabling all the extensions one by one but it made no difference. The next thing I was going to do was the same but clearing the forum cache each time, but that is a bit of a pain in the hole to do
