goon any patterns you can spot, e.g. forum, times, post size, threads, could be helpful.
Also, if anyone else is having such issues, please let me know.
Pepe LeFrits Good thing the time has been corrected. A pet peeve of mine on the old one was seeing the time being off by a quarter of an hour. Not an hour, not 2 hours, but a quarter of an hour. Like how wa that even possible? Not like there are quarter hour time zones.

The length seems to impact it.
goon Can you access the developer console in Chrome and see what it shows when this happens?
In Chrome, click More Tools -> Developer Tools then in the bottom right pane click on Console
I wrote longer post above and got the error.
Deleted half and it worked. Same above hence 3 posts.

This do?
Cheers, hopefully!
Working perfectly at work today fwiw. Not sure if you've done anything or if it's just a sign that I should be posting on here during work hours and not personal time.
Aside from test
It looks like quoting posts that start with 'aside from' is not allowed. How bizarre. Thanks @Dragan for the help (I deleted the posts in the other thread to keep it on topic).
Pepe LeFrits Indeed! wonder if itβs a predictor of argumentativeness π
Burnwinter β¦ from Voltaire
"xxxxxx, xxxxx from Voltaire" here won't work, and I can't quote "xxxxxx from Voltaire" above either! (See the original post for the actual banned words "Anyway" and "Aside" β¦)
Truly quirky glitch, like someone's written a small, highly specific script to detect waffle. Which is naturally going straight for my jugular.
Yeah, I got it for another term a while back. It's such a specific bug and easily worked around that I haven't looked into it much. I tried disabling all the extensions one by one but it made no difference. The next thing I was going to do was the same but clearing the forum cache each time, but that is a bit of a pain in the hole to do
I've raised the issue on the Flarum Community which seems to be very responsive, but they're now asking for a rundown of installed extensions (the output of a command called php flarum info which I won't be able to access).
php flarum info
Not a big deal, but @Pepe LeFrits If by some chance you've got nothing better to do β¦

I already did that π
Got a link? If you ever gave them that php flarum info thing I will point them to it β¦

Now I'm suddenly getting a "You do not have permission to do this" after trying to post something slightly longer than this.
Coombs ok....this is odd. It wasn't the length, but rather it was a single word that is apparently banned from the forum. I can't even tell you what the word is because it won't let me post!!
It is: "H@ving" (replace @ with "a")
Coombs Having said that I think it's ok for me.
Coombs Interesting ... h@ving is a reserved word in SQL, and so is from. I think we're probably looking at a Flarum extension that is passing input to some subsidiary library without escaping text correctly.
