Van Persie and Henry the exact same?
That's a stretch for me. For one thing Henry gave us his peak years and he was probably the greatest player ever to grace our league.
Van Persie gave us patchy, injury-ridden season after season, had one decent year then fucked off to our most hated rivals.
Of course, we gave Henry the chance to win trophies and be surrounded by other footballing geniuses. We gave Van Persie a box view of an endless cavalcade of departing stars.
Either way, saying they're exactly the same is like saying a million bucks is the same as a gold watch.
