Dude.. No. Rice was 'better' in the second half. But he was absolutely shockingly bad in the first half.
All in all, this is what we have squad depth for. We are still missing starting players, and some of our players who started were well off form today (Rice, Zubi, Eze), but we can make subs and put the game away, which is exactly what we did.
I was not surprised that the game turned into a spectacle of fouling and diving after a while. In the end, for all their bluster, they had 2 shots on target, but of which were comfortably grabbed by Raya. They looked like they were doing things, but we kept blocking all of their attempts. Thats the benefit of having one of (if not THE) best defenses in Europe.
