I can't imagine that Nyan kid is going to make any difference at the moment. Wouldn't be surprised to see him loaned out of he's signed.

samthegooner He's said he wants a French teammate as well, and we need to keep him happy. Barcola is my favorite fit for LW for us.

    I’m still feeling like Mbuemo is the smartest play.

    He can immediately start at RW or CF to ensure we keep this season competitive. Next year he can then rotate between those positions, and ensure we stay fresh.

    That then lets us target a world class LWF to bump Martinelli/Trossard down. Or, we find a top level CF and move on from Havertz.

        My prediction is we will get Vhalovic on loan and sign that Norwegian kid. Better than nothing I suppose.

        MistaT I'd be surprised to see movement of significant players between PL clubs other than a possible "all profit" cash-in of an academy product for PSR purposes. Nobody needs money more than they need to stay as good as possible. Only Southampton are in a position where they might decide they're going down no matter what.

            Claudius I’d say between 50m - 65m pounds. Anything above that and I think we’ve overpaid personally.

              Cunha seems more likely only because they’re at an impasse with his contract, but I do think Wolves are at a very high risk of going down. That alone means Cunha is worth more as he’s critical to them staying up.

              What do Brentford need Mbuemo for this season though? They have no chance in Europe or the cups, and no risk of relegation.

              Now is the time to sell Mbuemo for big money (£70m+) as he’ll only be worth £40-50m this summer.

                I'd be genuinely fucked off if we spent £70m on Mbuemo. He's better than I thought he was, he's not that good.

                  Jhon Duran looks a very interesting player, Villa will probably never sell him to us but definitely someone where there seems to be a lot of rumours about this window.
