had a quick squizz at moleira. not blown away. don't think I'd want his profile as a LW for us. he looks like a decent odegaard understudy, and that's about it.

Would you guys move for Rashford?
Ambitious signings if you get it wrong can be even more deadly than no signings. People love citing the Cech window as a terrible window which led to 2nd but then gloss over the 100m window which sent us spiralling out the CL and cost Wenger his job. Spending money does come with its own risks.
Also, medium level signings aren’t going to cut it. People don’t want anyone that’s performing better than Jesus. If that were true, people would be happy with Trossard, Havertz and Martinelli, but they aren’t. People want another Saka, but for the left side.
Why would we take a gamble on Rashford who is not even good enough for United? Seems crazy to me.
Wouldn't mind a loan for him given primary targets are likely to be difficult to get in January. Permanently, noooo.
I'd rather not sign anyone at all. We already have one useless scum club shitster on loan, we don't need another. Just recall Vieira if we just need numbers.
est or Reiss if possible.
Bring Back Kerrea Gilbert I know we love signing injured players but gonna have to draw the line here at recalling someone from loan to play for us who is currently injured.
Don Pacifico is he?? Christ. How significantly?
If you said £20m fee and £150,000 a week, I’d take Rashford. He has a nice profile for the left forward. He checked out of United over 2 years ago

Bring Back Kerrea Gilbert can't be arsed to check but think Feb was mentioned.
flobaba Stillman is such an equivocating apologist. Ultimate fence-sitter.
The thought experiment makes no sense from Elliot, either, but I'd obviously choose the attacker because that's something we can actually do. Not getting red cards is neither here nor there.
Look, the whole "signing players is hard" argument does absolutely nothing for me. I also could care less what other clubs do. People in more important lines of work do harder things everyday and get zero credit for it, because they're just doing their jobs. These overpaid goofballs don't get a pass.
Coombs agree I felt the arseblog discussion and point about taking some more gamble with forwards was more accurate and they don't have to be 100 mill hyped talents either. I also don't think Saka validates the coaching point because Saka is just one of those talents who will pretty much shine whatever manager.
But more telling for me are the less elite players that probably need more guidance in an attacking aspect to get the most out of them and looking at the squad I don't think I'm seeing signs that Arteta is contributing to that.
I agree that thought experiment by Elliot is totally absurd there is no guarantee that changes the outcomes and we've played enough recent games with our main squad and still struggled so the idea that's the issue at hand so reductive.
I don't think there are any excuses that you could look at our squad and not see Jesus and know he's finished for us for at least the last year. Martinelli has been performing at this level for the past 18 months. Trossard and havertz are good in the squad but limited.
4 of the offence players for me with major issues so we should have been approaching the summer as we need to do something in that area and it doesn't even have to be elite level. A bit like the Trossard signing really.
HomeSteak Would you guys move for Rashford?
For the love of God, we need to stop with the galaxy-brain shit. Just make signings that make sense for obvious reasons.
