DiabyKungFu — Odegaard is at his best in the formation. I don’t think “freeing” him up to be a ten is how or where he wants to play. He’s always favored the right chennel, and while he could be further forward, it’s clear he is getting enough of the ball and in dangerous situations.
As for Partey and Rice, I do agree Rice is stuck in between two positions. Where as Partey is in his best position but no longer has that extra 10% that made him world class in a challenging position/role.
