You're arguing against a strawman. Havertz has replaced Jesus. That was literally my first sentence, and it was the right decision. I was also doing Jesus a disservice by comparing him to Saka, because goal involvements over the entire season, Havertz has 1 every 180 minutes. Regardless, no-one is arguing that Jesus should play ahead of Havertz.
The requirements of playing as the first choice vs the second choice are obviously different. As a first choice, he proved that he didn't have the durability to play an entire season. As a second choice, he doesn't have to be all that durable, because he's going to spend most games on the bench. The very problem you are referring to about availability and reliability would improve if you're playing fewer games. If he spends time out injured next season despite being a substitute, then yes we should absolutely look to sell him on, but that hasn't happened.
I'll ask again, who are these players that would join to play second fiddle to Saka and Havertz? We're already losing Nketiah and Nelson, so selling Jesus on top makes no sense, because he plays in both of their positions. An equivalent experienced player like Jesus who is also reliable doesn't exist, nor would they come to sit on the bench. We'd end up having to sign a young striker and a young right winger to be understudies, which would weaken our squad without Jesus, not strengthen it.
As it stands, we lost Saka against Man City at home last season, Jesus played 90mins on the right wing and we won for the first time in bygones. Similarly, he played 70 minutes against City at the Etihad on the left wing and we didn't lose there for the first time in bygones. He's more than capable as a deputy, but you're still judging him through the lens of a first teamer despite it clearly not being his role anymore.
