On the flip side when you are competing for the top trophies you simply can't always provide the type of path these players are looking for and only the exceptional will break through. That is where we want to be rather being the club that younger players use for their minutes.
We should have a stronger loan set up though and be able to at least make good money if they are sold. Problem is a lot of these guys are moving before we can tie them down and we need to work out a better system for that.
