I always felt Lewis was a fixer, almost doing Stan a favor. He's stabilized the ship and set the identity, put his people in place, now they can go on and continue executing while he walks off into the sunset like a corporate samurai.

you see what it did for little ole wrexham? they have more commercial appeal than the non-big 6 clubs. we can't complain about our commercial revenue (which is shitty for what we are) and then not see the point of things like this. it's either you make yourself legitimately commercially appealing or you fake it like citeh and psg.

edit: and he couldn't have been brought in for celebrity appeal on the board when most people don't even know who he is even if they watched the shows he created or was involved in. it's for know how.
