You really think whether Caicedo has three or four years left affects the price that much? He signed a one year extension. People are talking about that as if his situation now is significantly different because his contract runs to 27 instead of 26.
If they're asking for £120m now (which only one unreliable source claims) then they could've done so without the extension as well.
