Recent falling out aside, Trossard’s been one of Brighton’s best players over the past few years.
He’ll be a solid back up to have and I think he’s at a good age to add some experience to the squad. There’s a reasonable chance he contributes more than Mudryk over the next 6 months although the latter has superstar potential.
More importantly we have a war chest for the summer still intact.
