I really wanted Guimaraes in the January window that Newcastle got him but part of me feels that our project has outgrown him a little. I need to do some more watching of his games to look into his long passing since that would change my mind if he's shown skill in that area, as I think that is something we really need to add in our midfield. But I can't help feeling that we need to bring in a more attacking midfielder that can operate as an 8/10 opposite of Odegaard and allow Odegaard to sit deeper in that Bernardo Silva role.

I'd want to sell Ramsdale, Nketiah, Partey, Nelson, & Lokonga at the very least. I'd entertain selling ESR, Zinchenko and Jesus if the right offers came in. The incomings would be Xavi Simons, Nico Williams, Diomande, and Zirkzee. It's probably a stretch but that would be a perfect summer to me.
