Qwiss the amortisation matters. You can’t divorce it from the player. This year Partey is costing us around £20m on income statement. Next year it drops to £13-15m depending on how long we sign him. It’s a massive difference.

If he was a free agent I don't think many would be calling for us to sign a 32 year old with his injury record. Add in the allegations and even fewer would accept it.

To be clear. I personally want this guy out. But I haven’t marched or written in. And if we don’t all do that, I don’t think Arsenal will unilaterally just dump him without a more publicly damaging step like a trial

Sicario2 Defo missed him big time but I think even having Jorginho would have helped. Having to completely change our midfield structure and striker just was too much for us, we are down to our barebones anyway and limited other options.
