Yeah the body language too may divide some people. I like to think we’re all in unison about supporting him and wanting this move to succeed. For Arsenal, for him, but also to absolutely stick it to those Chelsea and Man United fans. At the same time, would be good to be as real as we can about where he is coming up short, even if one considers putting it down to a lack of confidence/feeling disempowered.
I was playing cricket and only caught parts of the game in the pavilion. From the highlights, I don’t think he made any particularly special runs on Sunday. He was where he was by default and he couldn't put away two regular/moderate difficulty chances. Fancy Nketiah would have but no worries, we won.
I am kind of keen to see the occasional 4-4-1-1 or 4-2-2-2 shapes in early possession with Havertz+Trossard up front or as second striker and Raya distributing. Route 1 cunning.
