Defender Sead Kolasinac will join @Arsenal on July 1 when his @s04 contract expires - Sky sources.

This one looks done.

He doesn't look great front youtube I have to say, defensively solid but not great on the ball.

A bit like Jenkinson on the ball kind of defender.

Nah, just because we're not in the CL doesn't somehow make us a smaller (or the same size even) club than Everton. We'd pay him more too.

By all accounts he's had a great season and should be an upgrade on Gibbs. On a free transfer it seems like a good deal but we'll see.

Xhaka, Mustafi and Kolasinac. A few east European hard nuts in the squad now.

Nice to see Kolasinac is 6'0" as well. #6ftplusgang

Seems more like a Chelsea type signing than an Arsenal signing. That might be a good thing.

Think he might be more of an option at LCB (yes I know he's played LWB all season), doesn't seem like a huge threat going forward from the few clips I've seen.

His stats look decent enough though, when played out wide he has a goal contribution every 3 matches which isn't bad in fairness.

Adds a bit of height and physicality to the squad, which is always a good thing.

His stats are good he maybe more effective than he is skillful. He'll be an assest defending set pieces and if he attacks the box a bit arriving late from WB he's going to be a nightmare to defend against.

Hopefully not he was a rubbish CB.

I suspect he's a cover all option like Monreal & if Kos' Achilles are as bad as he says then I'd expect Kolasinac to get regular minutes as LCB.
