I think her reputation has suffered in that she received public abuse from her manager and got demoted without a fair hearing which then resulted in her becoming a "story" in the tabloids.
Having rumours and gossip published about her personal life certainly takes from her image as a serious professional.

LOL why would a name like Wolf-Fart inspire confidence?

She's also significantly better known now than before. Honestly, a year ago she was just the pretty face on the Chelsea bench. That was the media and public coverage of her. This place is not exempt. Now she's the doctor who did the right thing despite her boss's groans. Funnily enough, criticism of her has probably helped her go from jus being a pretty face to a doctor. This is one time publicity is good. I hope she wins her case, placing more pressure on that rude Chelsea manager.

Of course, how would being sacked from such a poisonous corrupt place like Chelsea reflect badly on someone, on the contrary everyone saw that the reason was her concern for the player.

Just think of the club trackpants she'd sell in Asia.

@ Claudius -she's taken more seriously now, gone from being "just a pretty face" to a doctor?
Really? ☺
None of the comments on here seem to suggest that we should aquire her services because she is a top professional.
I'm sure she used to all of it but being so publicly humiliated cannot have helped her career as a sports doctor.
Take them to court, winning the case is the way to show she's serious.

Put out your burning bra sister we're just having a laugh.

She's not a Gunnerette yet she's ex-Chelsea, we have the right to treat the topic with levity.

😆
So 20th century Biggus.
I don't think I mentioned anywhere that anyone here was obliged to treat the matter seriously?
Looked agan - nope, I didn't 🙂
Just pointing out to Clauds that I think he may not be 100% correct in thinking she would be better off as a result of all of this.

Bras are actually dead comfortable, useful and pretty.

Yeah. In addition to forever being connected with this incident there are millions of Chelsea fans who will automatically side with club and manager and hate her guts now too, pretty much regardless of what she does.

Who cares what Chelsea fans think, the world saw how they behaved in the Metro.

That's because nobody knows how good she is in her job. I'd still suggest we acquire her services, very small chance of her being worse at keeping our players fit than the current bunch we're employing.

Agreed. If you're trying to appeal to Chelsea fans you're in the wrong to begin with.

she deserves better than Chelsea. she doesn't have the cheating instinct that drives Mourinho and Hazard. that's why she's a daughter of a whore or whatever it is the nice man allegedly called her

Her refusal to return gives her the satisfaction of knowing that she rejected them rather than the other way round.
Whatever the facts, Mourinho is the biggest loser of the moral war followed by the physio, who nobody cares about.
She is "made" career-wise and financially as it's in the interest of Abramovich to make her go quietly so i predict a massive pay off with a gag order.

Forget Mourinho, it's an absolute farce that no one else at the club had her back and reigned Mourinho in, they seemed happy to let him beat on her as much as he pleased regardless of what it did for the clubs image and the fact that it opened them up to all sorts of legal crap to contend with. It's such a classless club from top to bottom.

Boy they're really missing Eva aren't they...... 😆

What you do in the privacy of your own home really is not anybody's business but your own.

5 days later

FA conduct their investigation, without having made any attempt to hear what Carneiro has to say, and find that Moron did nothing wrong. What a surprise. Idiots,

They didn't even call Carneiro during the 'investigation', apparently. You'd think it would be semi-relevant to get confirmation from the person in question whether a particular phrase was uttered her way or not.
