In the article I read Carneiro mentions that another complaint was made by the public regarding an incident at West Ham where Carneiro was subjected to vile, sexually explicit chants. Once again, the FA failed to talk to Carneiro, and came to the conclusion that no such chants had taken place during the game - despite that such chants DID take place and were clearly heard by most people present. They are buffoons of the highest order.
