A letter from the Sparta Prague fans to the board:

If you decide to bring Tomas Rosicky to Sparta we are ready to contribute with some finances for the transfer’s realisation.
At the moment we cannot promise a particular financial amount. But we are ready to do the maximum to inspire Sparta fans to raise the sum as high as it can be.
We will actively and fully support also some related activities of the club, for example the sale of Tomas’s shirt, and special souvenirs.

I think it's fair to say Rosicky is still loved there!

We should let him go tbh. He's given us all that he can and deserves to be playing week in, week out again before he bows out.

Shame. I loved him

Hope Ospina stays in the prem. Everton linked

Would think we have a hefty sell on clause or a buyback clause at a fixed rate.

Me too. Still think Joel can carve out a very good career. Huge potential.

Sad to see Joel go.

Didn't we just see pics of Joel in training?

Nah, that was Ox.*

  • Actually Gibbs.**

** Actually Silva.

If he's going to the Turkish league at the age of 23, then no chance he has a very good career. Should be playing in Spain, England, or at the very least, Germany.

or even France..   but Turkey?  meh

If Campbell has 'huge' potential, then someone like Chamberlain must have potential so big it can't be measured.

He's done absolutely nothing of note beyond performances in greece. Should have been sold last summer.

Tbf he's just doing what the fans told him to do.

“I believe it’s a good move for him because if Lukas has confidence and trust from the manager, he has the potential and the talent. I was not sure I could give that to him here.”

Ouch. Says it all for Poldi.

wait, is that a quote from AW? eek

Very unlike Wenger too.

It's what we have suspected all along though. Wenger clearly lost confidence in him and didn't trust him enough to start games. Probably down to his lack of defensive work, especially in big games.

Podolski is someone who thrives when given regular game time. He needs trust from his manager, which is why he rather moved back to Koln in the past. His mentality is too suspect to be a real top player.
