He's a top talent but needs to fill out and really doesn't have any tactical awareness that I can discern...definitely should be a CM but he dallies and carries the ball forward too much. At this point in his career he's more Alex Song than a Matic type. Likes to try balls over the top and dribble around a lot.
Would really like him here, don't get me wrong, but I think Carvalho is currently a much better player.
