never seen him play, but if this the guy we want, theres no reason not to wrap it up in june

We should be signing an experienced quality player in this position, not some raw young project. Would be pure madness from Wenger.

We should be signing a quality player, or at least a player that's right on the verge of making that step. We've got plenty of experience all over the team.

I don't mind losing Sagna if we are signing someone top like Coleman, but this guy?

Heard he isn't too bad but thats not an upgrade at all

Coleman is too obvious for Wenger.

They sold Fellaini for £27m, what kind of money would they want for him?

Coleman probably doesn't represent great value, he's not great defensively and would cost £25m.

We're apparently sitting on a load of dosh so if they ask for £25m I say why not? Luke Shaw will be going for a similar amount and he hasn't had a better season than Coleman.

He's great defensively and would take our attacking play from the flanks to a whole new level. Only Zabaleta is better in the league and he's a few years older.

I dunno, I think Aurier and Coleman are a similar level of player. One will obviously be a lot cheaper and need more time to adjust, while the other will be mightily more expensive and fit into the team more quickly.

Big time striker is way more important so I'd be fine with Aurier as long as Cavani is our top scorer next season.

I'm assuming you've seen a lot him if you think he is worth that kind of money. That large cash pile you talk of is going to run out pretty damn quick if we start overpaying for every player we need.

Big fan of him; proper full back. Scores goals as well. He'd be absolute mint for us and I'd overpay a little for such quality. We depend a lot on our full backs for width and you can't ask for a better full back than Coleman considering our style of play.

We should contact his agent and put the feelers out, unsettle him and make him want out. That would hopefully bring down the price.

Coleman is the best right back in the Premier League. Very good defensively as well as offensively.

Coleman is good. He is probably top 3 RB in the league along with Zabaleta and Sagna.

What he is not though, is worth anywhere north of £10m and you just know that's what Everton will be asking. You just dont pay these sums for RB/LBs. If Utd want to go and splash £25m or more on Shaw, they can go ahead.

I would gladly settle for Aurier for £5-10m if it meant we can spend rest of the money we would pay for Coleman on a striker or midfielder instead.

Those who always say Coleman isn't good defensively hasn't really watched him this season. His tenacity at tracking back after an attack is immense. Just take a look at how he defended against Yaya in the 60th minute yesterday.

Coleman is a lot worse than Sagna when it comes to what is his first duty on the pitch - defending.

Sagna is better in the air but there's little else between them defensively.

Behave.

You are obviously looking through your rose tinted Irish glasses here, so I promise I won't take you seriously.

I mean Coleman is a very good player and is still young enough to improve his defending, but there's a significant gap between him and Sagna defensively.
