He should go for it. It will be hard for him to get into the German squad with all the options they've got, plus the fact that they're all very young. There's guys like Max Meyer coming through as well who play in his position.
The thing is though that we don't want him missing every 2nd January due to ACN commitments.
Eh, that is a super valid point.
The only thing that matters is where the boy feels he has his allegiances. For all I know, he doesn't want to play for any other team than Germany. If he has any sense he will see that Brazil is too early for him no matter what.
Lucky Pele didn't think that in 58.
Just going by where Gnabry is at, footballistically. 🙂
Well Pele was only 17 and the game was a lot physically tougher in those days. Not saying Gnabry is the next Pele but playing or even being involved at the world cup would be great for him. I'm only thinking about his development as a player for us I couldn't give a fuck which country he plays for.

It didn't help Walcott in 2006.
Not a good argument as you can go back and forth as it helped Ronaldo in 1994.
And Maradona in 82.
Ah, but Maradona was left out in -78, and the WC was in Argentina then. And Argentina won it all...
All of them would have made it anyway. We just remember them because they had successful careers. You can't extrapolate anything from their early introduction to the World Cup.
Of course not. All I am saying is that if Gnabry feels German, then he should be patient and hope for a chance with the German NT.
Hiddink new Netherlands manager. Surprised they got rid of Van Gaal tbh, thought he was doing a decent job.
Van Gaal s crap, never rated him.
Two more workers killed due to the hasty construction schedule, the unions are now talking about strikes.
They didn't get rid, he will replace him after the finals
Van Gaal is a narcissistic psychopath. Cannot believe they hired him in the first place.
Why not replace him now, Hiddink is a great "tournament" manager, he knows how to motivate a team for short periods. And let's face it Hollands problem has always been too much freedom of speech whereby exeryone thinks they're the coach.

Van Gaal is one of the best managers of all times. Hiddink is at least a level below IMO.
He's obsessed with himself, but the man knows his stuff.
