Think if Wenger gets Draxler it's definitely in mind to transform him into a CF.. can see a similar situation to how RvP developed (minus the injuries!).. Similar player really.

I'd love Draxler, now wouldn't be the time to throw him into the deep end as a striker though. We'd be overstocked on left wingers too.

Think we realistically have to go for a striker in order to replace Theo's output, and play Gnabry and Chambo on the right wing.

Alternatively, Carlos Vela wouldn't be a bad option. We allegedly have a very cheap buy back clause, and he can play both RW and CF.

We'd be crazy to play Chamberlain in CM over Wilshere.

Wilshere has got the potential to be the best CM at the club and one of the very best in the world IMO.

Strikes me as one of those players who would come to England and show just how good he is.

He's been playing better for Barca though, isn't he? Don't think they'd sell him. I agree he's a very good player though and he would be great for us.

Seriously, his contract with Lazio expires in june and he has told them he won't extend it. Throw £5 million at them and offer him a 1 year deal? After that he can leave for the MLS.
