It involves 3rd party ownership, they bought a guy after the new laws were brought in (following the Tevez West Ham thing). Apparently they are more at fault than West Ham were so in theory should be hit with a harder penalty.
Apparently they tried to defraud the FA which makes it a lot worse. I can't see them getting away with it.
Though apparently if they are deducted points and end up in the play-off position it will mean the play offs have to be delayed.
