The Bundesliga's rise is overstated in my opinion. There should be more money and ultimately more quality in England in years to come. You could argue the main issue affecting the Premier League is the stagnation of club management across the board.

Rodgers, Moyes, AVB - doesn't matter, they manage at shit clubs.
There isn't a single manager in England who I can imagine winning the Champions League at his current club. Going to have to wait for a time of renewal.
Gotze's move to Bayern seems convincing if only because Guardiola's there as the drawcard.
