What quality though? Jack is a great passer, but he's not great in front of goal, nor is his biggest expertise the final ball through a defence. He also doesn't really have the pace or movement that great wide forwards usually do.
He's a supremely gifted player, with a great understanding of the game, and I'm sure he could contribute even out wide, BUT he lacks a few of the key skills, and at the end of the day he's still a kid, and he's still developing; the last thing he needs now is to be shunted out wide to help the team mask massive deficiencies that aren't his fault. Won't help him, or the club in the long term.
