I heard about the rumour a few weeks ago. Knew very little about him but I looked him up and people seem to be raving about him in Belgium. Supposedly a very skilled forward with a good understanding of the game, a bit in the Lavezzi/Zárate mould. He's stepped up for Anderlecht since Lukaku disappeared. Seems to be in the right age bracket too.

Wiki would suggest that he has been in Belgium long enough to have gained citizenship as it is three years over there.

Not impossible though. Formica and Faurlín both gained work permits without playing for their country.
