Y va, most places that recruit mainly non graduates tend to not favour hiring people who seem like they're onto "bigger and better" things. Thing is having these qualifications will not give anyone an advantage unless they're applyijg for managerial roles.
In fact at two of my previous places I'd worked at whilst at college and through uni I've literally seen managers throw out CVs just because they were doing so and so course at uni, were in the middle of a masters course or had internship experiences at some big firms. Asked about it once and was told the reason was because they didn't think it worthwhile investing time in someone who's obviously here for the short term.
Of course we knew the manager just felt threatened of a little kid coming with more qualifications than he's ever going to have come in and take his job. Which is silly because these are people with over 20 years experience as managers. No amount of qualifications can replace that experience of managing a team.
