We as fans don´t even believe in Wenger anymore, so why should Fabregas? Or Nasri for that matter? Think about this as well: IF you don´t believe in Wenger and his abilities anymore - why would you NOT think, as a player, that Wenger could be here for another decade? He could, and I shudder at the thought of it.

For us as fans it really is quite easy to bare since our "career" as fans can last for decades and decades. As a player your career is short. I know I wouldn´t want to squander it at a place where I thought I couldn´t achieve my goals.

Instead of Wenger moaning about losing Cesc and Nasri he should start thinking about what he can do to keep RVP and Theo to believe in him and the team. He has less than a year. If not, I feel certain we will be in the exact same situation 11 months from now.

Say goodbye to expecting top creativity from midfield and especially throughballs. Some Arsenal fans are so used to Cesc's quality that they've come to expect a midfield to constantly be puting players through and creating chance after chance. They don't realize that most midfields don't have that, even those of top teams.

Have to agree with Lagos on that one. Besides, Cesc is 24 and Xavi is 32. He will take over as the creative hub there sooner rather than later.

I guess Robin and Walcott should wait to see who the replacements are and see how we do for the next few months. It's only the natural thing to do and hopefully we're able to convince them to stay. Wenger would be a dumb ass if he didn't already start working with them on new contracts.

Me too. That´s why we should have bought Vidal who went for a pittance. It´s not like Wenger didn´t know Cesc wanted to leave.

As a club we have handled this so poorly it makes me want to cry.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding but most "top teams" create chance after chance; that's why they are top teams.

I meant Theo, not Cesc.

He could have been a Vieira or an Adams here had the manager had the sense to surround him with quality players. Put Adams or Vieira in their primes, instead of Cesc, in the squads we have had for the last 6 years and they wouldn´t have won squat either.
