CL or not we need to cull a few of the older better played paid players anyway. Rosicky, Almunia, Shava, Squillaci, etc all need to be sold. Loanees like Bendtner, Vela, Denilson, etc and other dead weight like Diaby all need to go. We need a genuine revolution within the squad.
Wenger says changing more than 2 or 3 players upsets the team but this team needs upsetting. Its not like we're going to be hurting some great unit.
