Y Va, double that figure. No way Barca reveal anywhere close to their entire budget, else they'll get fleeced.
Transfer Business at Other Clubs (aka the other Wish List)
Seriously, Toulalan, De Rossi, Inler fucking all available in the summer and we show fuck all interest in anyone of them. Deserved to be shot really.
Didn't Udinese qualify for UCL too, why would they sell Inler and Sanchez? Although I know Lille is doing the same thing to their squad. God wonders how they compete in UCL next season.

Yes he does mate.
On the bright side, that's one less name for us to occupy our minds with.
Jones deal has hit a snag though:
He's done his medical at United as reported, but now Blackburn are saying over 20m to get him. Haha.
Are United really going to pay Young £130 000 per week?
Now you can see why Nasri's holding out for more money (or a move).

If £130,000 is now the going rate for a middle of the road first teamer at a CL-qualifying club, the wage load of those clubs is going to grow massively.
Basically when that sort of money comes into play your average CL club's current total annual wage figure (say £120m) is only going to cover the first team and bench.
Don't see how that fits with the FFP.
130k a week for ash young? Wooo. United are welcome to him

This would piss me off and we'd most likely never hear from ricky again. Worst still he'll have died a virgin

Why would they need Hazard after bringing in Young. Could be they're hoping to use him as a 10 behind Rooney. The sooner they buy him, the sooner we can stop pinning our hopes on getting Hazard.
If they get Hazard as well why are we still bothering about anything this summer?
We're not.
i hate this limped dicked approach to transfer windows we take. The last big splash we made was for Arshavin which came at a time when such a signing was business critical. Even then we low balled Zenit something chronic for days on end.
Wenger doesnt like competition in the market just like he doesnt like competition on the field. It's why we dont go for the sought after players, instead we have a free run at super calibre like koscielny chamakh and squillaci.
dog shite. thats what it is
You'll like this Ricky (if it's true!).
Manchester United’s multi-million pound signing of teenage defender Phil Jones from Blackburn Rovers lies in tatters.
Blackburn’s Indian owners have reacted furiously to what they perceive as United’s attempt to railroad them into selling the 19- year-old and have told United: ‘We will not be bullied’.And in a stunning 11th-hour development on Saturday, the on Sunday can reveal that Liverpool have told Blackburn they will pay £22million for Jones, a move that will ruin Sir Alex Ferguson’s holiday mood as he takes a break in the south of France
.
Allegedly we too have belatedly bid more than United's £16.5m, doubt we're going to top Liverpool on this though :hmm:
Already posted this but it's disappeared.
If it reappears this post will look a bit odd :hmm:
The trouble is for any club that sign him now (if it's not United) is that he clearly has his heart set on going to Old Trafford. As much he'll have to be professional about things, whatever the outcome, he's only 19 and bound to be quite affected by having his 'dream' move ruined.
Being despatched to Liverpool, if he is indeed a fan of United, would probably wreck his "dream" alright.
