Liverpool supposedly wrapping up one or two deals this week. Presumably Gaston Ramires is one of them.
Some of the more reliable Liverpool sources and journo's have denied the Gaston Ramirez rumour.
Oh, fair enough. Dempsey then?
Carroll on loan to AC Milan? How bad was Aquilani that they'll send him back and take Carroll?

Well, Auntie Beeb reckons Liverpool are after Borini, whilst Sky Sports apparently think they're in for Dempsey.
Aquilani was pretty good during short spells but he makes van Persie look like Iron Man. His proneness to injury is ridiculous. Milan have picked up Montolivo for free too so there's not going to be much room next season.
Carroll fits the type of player that Allegri likes to be fair, but I can't imagine they're interested after the pathetic 18 months he's just had.
Liverpool listed Dempsey on their website player list today but removed it already. Fulham is announcing a transfer today according to twitter and Dempsey wasn't in training today. Hmmm
In other news, english tabloids claiming Oscar signed for Chelsea 25m. Would be a good signing if true, what a great team they are building.
dempsey is a very liverpool-ish signing. can definitely see that.
Fuck sake. Chelsea just signed Oscar and Man Utd representatives have flown into Brazil to try and finalize a deal for Lucas Moura.
We're as far away from the top three clubs as we've ever been.
There's still Ganso for us left in the young brazilian playmaking wonderkid trio.
Never look a giftHHHHloaned Andy Carroll in the mouth Klaus.
Surely they'll struggle for a work permit for any of that lot.
Here's one I can believe though - Lloris -> Spurs.
Oscar is an exciting talent. Chelsea's on a mission this transfer window
Brazilian, wonderkid, teenage midgets. Yeah, cos they've never flopped in Europe before. Either way they'll take a long time to adapt their games to English football and the lifestyle/language etc.
If these deals even go ahead that is.
30m for Lucas is surely overpriced? Oscar is better
I think Roman might be playing a little bit too much Fifa.
Sky Sports reporting that Real Madrid are confident of signing David Silva.
Awesome
Man City will surely look for a replacement, they have been very subdued so far. We won't be in the picture for the player they consider so it doesn't matter anyways.
The thing about replacements is that they've got a pretty high bar to clear to match Silva, & there's always a reasonable risk they'll flop altogether. They might be awesome, but a rival selling a top player & replacing from abroad is always an opportunity for us...
