Yeah, not worried about who they sign as such. I think you were spot on the other day when you said that they can only improve so much, but just that there are only a few quality playmakers around and we need one too.

Awesome
They must be trying to replace Ozil when he signs for us.

bloody hell he signs a new 5 yr contract on the 2nd and leaves 10 days later, ibrahimovic is even more shocking.
Looks like FFP means fuck all with the likes of psg, chelsea splashing the cash and just being injected with cash by their rich owners. There are so many loopholes that only naive clubs like arsenal will be left behind.
Chelsea will pass FFP, not sure about PSG.
PSG probably don't care just yet whether they pass or not. Europe isn't viable for them yet anyway.
Liverpool looking at Draxler and Holtby apparently. Good deal if they can pull it off and keep holtby fit.
Zlatan and Thiago gone to PSG. Wow.
That a done deal?
Apparently so.
Shit the bed.
How much? Must have cost them a shit load.
Something like 62 million euros.

Crazy stuff. The singularity approacheth.
BBC Sporf @BBCSporf BREAKING: Liverpool FC suddenly realise that Jordan Henderson & Andy Carroll (£55m) cost more than Zlatan Ibrahimovic & Thiago Silva (£51m).
😆
I know Carroll is young but what the hell were LFC thinking last year?
Debuchy to Newcastle and Adebayor Tottenham both look nearly done.

Wage difference is absolutely ridiculous though, maybe 3-4 times as much for the Milan duo.
Very true.
Downing and Carroll are on pretty low wages. But if you're buying players for astronomical figures and their wages are very low, you should be asking yourself why you're paying so much for them in the first place. I suppose it will make it easier for Liverpool to shift them if they're willing to take huge losses on the transfer fees.
Liverpool have done this in the past too - buying Robbie Keane for £16 Million in the summer from Tottenham, only to sell him back for £11 Million in January to them again. They have been such a joke in the transfer market for some time now.
