Yep, maybe we are struggling for 4th in January or have a bad injury to some integral part of our thin squad - then we have to have dry powder to react on it. He has managed for 30 years, he knows what he's doing.

That Romanian defender is on his way to London aswell. If they get Eriksen also then they are set for the top 4 challenge. Im actually scared now. They have re-invested alot of money into the squad. Im not saying any of these players would walk into our XI, but it is a very decent squad. Have we improved over the summer to push us further over the 73 points? How much have they lost by selling Bale, but replacing him with 4-5 new starters?
