There isn't any way that Arsene can come out and say that there haven't been players available that would strengthen us, he just didn't want to pay the going rate for said players.
He also can't say he is happy with the squad as we have been out in the market for ages trying to get things done but doing such a half arsed job it's a disgrace, we know he wants players he just is:
A) Unwilling to pay for them
B) Unable to convince himself of his choices
Total lack of management from him, Gazidis and Dick Law how in total rake in over £9.5 mil a year for supposed "management".
