Klaus he's an interesting profile on paper. Obviously lots of questions on adaptability and whether he steps up but the scouts definitely did their homework here.

Feels like they filtered the list of all active European players by - attackers > most g/a contributions and chose the highest ranked player not currently at a big club. Similar to Gyokeres last summer.

I'm keen to see him play regardless.

I can't see anything here to rule out Tzolis going along well, even if this is far from guaranteed. If gambles are part of our transfer strategy this one has very good vibes compared to forgettable punts such as Lokonga and Vieira.

Coombs He always wants to play them. To be fair the "finishers" thing has been helping Arteta use the squad: it's a bit like virtuously chewing gum after you've smoked your whole pack for the day.

Definitely a starter or at least direct competition for the starting spot. I wouldn't count out Martinelli if he stays.

I think Tzolis might end up being for us what Luis Diaz was for Liverpool (and now Bayern). I see the same directness and defensive pressing in them. Bit rare to see attacking wingers who are also that high-performing in the defensive phases, and it's something we missed massively last season.

Anyway, this guy is wholesome. Been watching the videos of him doing the tour of the facilities with his mom and he seems like a genuinely good sport. Personality-wise I think he can contribute a lot to the dressing room.
