How many of these threads do we have now!? Hahaha
Lukazan Everton at home is a potential banana skin due to how the fixture falls. We would have played 3 times since they last played. We all know what happened last season v Everton at home when they had a long rest before that game too. Having said it’s simply a must win.
West Ham away under the lights when City would have just come back from Madrid away is tough, especially if we win earlier in the day. The margin of errors are smaller for City, let’s make them smaller every single week until it’s the point of no return.
Chelsea are a big game team at home and will give City a run for their money.
It’s also good City beat Newcastle as the Palace game won’t happen until after our game with them. So we should be going to the Eithad with a decent point deficit regardless.
Another thing to have an eye is on the FA Cup quarter final draw this Monday. This is the game before we play Bournemouth at home (sandwiched between a 1st leg CL quarter final) and before City play Chelsea away. Imagine if City v Chelsea, how will that impact the league game? What happens if we get City!? There’s still some unknowns. Bottom line is if we win our next two league games we are in a great position. COYG.
