Bernard Woolley sounds like houseboat but that's a deal I'd be happy with. Anything under £100m is good value in this market for him.
Claudius a lack of international football would be an added value for us though

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's ballpark these days for a 23-year-old England international who's well settled in the league and doesn't have a hunchback or tuberculosis or anything. Let's make sure it's not Anderson funny-money and the wages we offer aren't too far from £200k / week as well.
Claudius shows elite attitude and belief though
Burnwinter yep. He's 18 g/a this season and 19 the one before that too. Getting a 23 year old with that end product in the Prem who can play LW and AM and is physical enough for Arteta. For someone that can come in and go straight into our side if you are paying less you have to take much bigger gambles. Rogers is the smart move. After that we can be a bit more risky.
Burnwinter
Tbh 105m of 2023 is 120-130m of 2026
and anderson seems worth that imo
English players are equally over-rated and under-rated
Redcafe thinks of rice as their version of darren fletcher
Qwiss Rogers is the smart move.
He would be a Ferguson-vibed gorilla club transfer. Not a bad way to set the tone if we get it through smoothly. We'll just keep signing the next nearest thing to Declan Rice every window … you monkeys have your work cut out getting the title off us. The kind of signing that inspires one or two more.
Seems like nwaneri is off because we paid 55m for a worse player
Bernard Woolley
Never heard of this guy
how random. such a 2023 coded rumour
That ship has sailed surely. He's old now. We have enough old midfielders.
The Newcastle fan meltdown would be pretty horrific they've adopted him as 1 of their own lol.
He’s not old - he’s the same age Merino and Trossard were when Arteta signed him.
He’s the ideal profile if we’re serious about giving Rice a breather.
Reckon he's angling for a payrise with Tonali leaving. They won't sell both of them. And can't see us stumping up what they'd ask for him. So this isn't happening.
Angling for new contract or Arsenal putting out stories, doubt we’d be in for him.
Can't stand him. Next.
he's extremely good, however that ship has sailed unless that fee is 50-60m
Gunner89 if Declan is out a month, this guy holds down midfield on his own.
Good player. Wouldn’t be my first choice though.
They said no to 55
HomeSteak I've never watched a video of his before. I can't believe that is a serious videoand not one of the common parody videos of real figures you often see on X.
Time to bid £55m + 1 then … honestly we won't get him, I don't believe we even really want him, and I don't particularly want him myself, but watching Toon writhe around as their best players hint they want to leave could be great entertainment all summer.
Burnwinter haha. I would like the deal for 50 mil, nothing more
