I think my current (somewhat realistic) wishlist for the summer is as follows (I'm operating under the assumption that Hincapie's loan will be formalized):

Improve RB options:
Sell Ben White - Replace with Michael Kayode
Improve LW options:
Sell Trossard - Replace with Iliman N'Diaye or Yan Diomande
Add World Class FWD
Sell Gabriel Jesus - Replace with Julian Alvarez
Add Midfield depth for Rice/Zubimendi
Move MLS to MF permanently and sign Ayyoub Bouaddi

Diomande - Alvarez - Saka
Rice - Zubi - Havertz
Calafiori - Gabriel - Saliba - Timber
Raya

Bench: Odegaard, Eze, Gyokeres, Martinelli, Madueke, Merino, Bouaddi, MLS, Norgaard, Hincapie, Mosquera, Kayode, Kepa

Personally, I think I'd go for some more ambitious moves by moving away from Gyokeres and Odegaard but with the World Cup this summer, I don't expect it to be a crazy summer movement wise - similar to the Euros the summer before last. I think we need at an absolute minimum: a World Class forward, another option at LW (ideally a dribbler to manipulate low blocks) and depth in the midfield.

Qwiss I've been awfully impressed with his defending ability and he's looked good going forward too. The throw ins get the headlines but he looks like a very solid RB to me, especially as a backup/understudy to Timber.

He’s neat on the ball but lacks power to be elite in my opinion

lorddulaarsenal We need more technical ability though - we have power in spades at this point throughout the team, sometimes at the expense of all technical ability (Gyokeres). N'Diaye is incredible on the ball and has already shown over the last two seasons that he can definitely handle the physicality of the EPL. He reminds me a bit of Mahrez. I think that buying EPL proven players is turning into one of the better bets in the recent market as the other leagues have really slid behind the EPL in terms of intensity and speed. At this point, while I am very intrigued by some of the younger talents in other leagues (Yildiz, Bahoya, Diomande, etc.), I think I'd rather us bet on EPL proven players even if they MAY have a lower ceiling. Every year there are players in the EPL that go below the radar of some of the sexier signings (thinking of guys like Mane, Mahrez, Trossard, Semenyo) and usually outperform them. Players like N'Diaye and Kayode and to a lesser degree Anderson, Rogers, Wharton, etc. fit into this group for me and I don't think we should turn our noses up at adding a couple this summer.

He's playing centrally which doesn't give any real insight into how he'd fare on the left. I think Martinelli would look much better in that role too.

We will have Ethan back next season too.

We will need a striker, RB, midfielder and LW.

Arteta won't be able to stop himself buying a LB too, although I guess Hincapie will technically be LANS.

The problem is that the number of fixtures keep going up. We will in all likelihood be involved in the next CWC, but you can only play 11 players at a time, and most managers tend to not want to rotate too often otherwise how else are you going to build relationships, synergy and momentum.

Managers will be forced to rotate more but they're just as likely to be forced changes as they are voluntary - especially if the starters continue to make themselves available for selection and every match is crucial to a title or CL challenge.

I want Ndiaye because Leo isn't getting any younger, and we need to replace his guile. Then on top of that he is proven in the league. The only question mark is his goal output, though that's partly because of being played out of position. Leao doesn't exactly score a lot either, or Gordon for that matter.
