Klaus Think the rule of thumb has to be that talent is something you try to buy cheap. Established players is where the bulk of the money go.
R, S, T still holds up for me. If you want world class talent in the spine of the XI you have to punt on youngsters with world class traits and expect to have a fair few misses. Paying fees like that of Isak should only be for sure things of prime age in key positions ... so not Isak. Make up the difference on the wings and fullbacks by signing top tier role-players who might be less durable or getting on in years. Don't sign a single player who lacks physicality to play in England.
