Merino in midfield just doesn't work, it never does,
He's slow, ponderous, can't tackle properly, can't pass besides sideways
Goal aside that was as usual anonymous him in midfield
BUT
Jesus and Gyo being shit, he was the one to put upfront especially against the midget
First half I thought arteta was not at fault, that was the players
Second half, those changes completely disjointed us
Should have been Eze-Ode and Merino-Jesus only and from the get-go not reacting as usual
