Qwiss I can't tell if this is sarcasm or not.
It's absolutely sarcasm, but it's the lines that have been trotted out about Arteta and our injuries for a year now.
We used to be able to put our inexperienced fringe players and sail through these games. We had a team of largely full internationals, and two youths one of whom has a full year under his belt and the other who is regarded as somewhat of a generational talent, and we made hard work of it.
I couldn't care less about how the other games went. We could not really have asked for a more attacking line up across midfield last night and didn't look as if we had an interest in scoring.
There's been speculation we were taking it easy to get through the game - I'd be shocked if that's the attitude Arteta has allowed to seep into the team 7 games into the season for a team which is largely second choice and should be pushing for first team minutes.
