lorddulaarsenal depends what you mean by peak. They've certainly had enough training time for them not to be using fitness as an excuse for their performances. Players don't need to be in 'peak' fitness to play well, otherwise you'd excuse the majority of the season that way.
If you want to talk about the relationships not being there yet, I sympathise with that perspective but to be using fitness as a way of excusing any underwhelming performances feels a bit redundant after 5 matches.
