Like someone pointed out, as he makes his entrance, the Emirates ad on the Tier LED reads "it's not just about the destination, it's how you get there". Surely not planned but a beautiful coincidence nonetheless. Such a feel good signing.

Rohit Good choice getting rid of that tunnel as well, wouldn’t be able to create that entrance with that tunnel leading on the pitch.

Supposedly Arteta asked for it to be removed, he thought the tunnel muffled the crowd noise and he wants the emirates to feel louder when opposition walk onto the pitch.

Where do we think he'll play next week given our injuries? I had thought he'd slot straight in at LW. If Ode was out and Saka was fine I'd have gone midfield but with them.both out I'm not so sure.

He's got a great way about him and his love for the club is evident.

And not that is should matter, but I just love the fact that his wife works a normal job and is a nurse. Just makes him more normal and man, I am so excited for him to succeed here. It really feels like one of us pulling on the no. 10. So special.
