Low blocks are the most difficult tactic to play against, because it's designed to completely reduce spaces in and around the box. The best of teams have been caught out against it.
So there's no shame in struggling against it, but there is a clear solution and that's by having creative players in the centre of the pitch and effective dribblers on the flanks.
I remember the first game in 07/08 when we faced Fulham who deployed a low block after taking a 1-0 lead and we needed a 90th minute goal to win the game. That had Hleb, Fabregas, Rosicky and van Persie trying to unlock a defence, and they struggled.
So if we're relying on Saka and Odegaard, we are cooked. The LHS does not work, and hasn't worked because we still haven't bought in a natural passing left 8 and we don't have an effective wide left dribbler.
