He's a creative type in a team where creativity and goals were a problem last term. We have so many different permutations / options. And now we are in a 5 sub era and can make wholesale personnel changes to match the desired tactics needed to impact the game state.

These are truly exciting times. Can't wait to see how Arteta utilizes all the resources at his disposal. I believe we have built the most flexible and adaptable squad of any in Europe.

Eze is just the kind of player I like whatever role he'll play. Good close control plus a penchant for a little bit of showboating but without it getting in the way of team play. Ode and MLS are the other two already in the team. I can't have enough of these types.

Other than the dribbling and creativity that Eze would bring, it would also be great to have another good ball striker in the team as we have lacked that across the XI for the most part. It's an area I have always been jealous of City and Liverpool since they always seem to load up their squads with good ball striking that can win a match out of nowhere. With Gyokeres and Eze in the fold, in addition to Saka, Rice and Nwaneri, we at least have a few more options than we've had in the past. I still think we can do better here but this would be a start.

get Rodrygo as well... Sell Nelli + whoever else it takes... he can be good in certain situation but that is like 5% of the time...

teams have clocked on if they just defend in a low block, we don't have the ability to break through...

The obsession with dominance and power over technical ability has gone too far........
