Rohit A lot of people thought Liverpool last season had a better window than any PL champion ever had.
I think this happens when fans get caught up in the hype of who they sign rather than what they need. It was clear that Liverpool's squad was badly unbalanced and yet they went and signed the wrong players. They needed wide players and even a CM but blew their load on CFs and an AM. Even this summer they are pushing for Barcola who is a LW but they desperately need a RW, on the left they already have two players but need someone for the right.
You look at our recruitment so far, we have replaced Trossard, got in extra CM depth which is important because we ran Rice/Zubi into the ground and now getting Konsa to help with Saliba's injury but also ongoing issues with White/Timber.
Our next two targets seem to be LW and if possible a CF. The LW is probably the biggest needle mover but will be hard as apart from Barcola no obvious target and PSG are asking for crazy money. We shouldn't get involved if the fee is stupid.
