TambourineMan we are 2nd and hair recorded our best away win in Europe. We have issues but “we are so bad”.
Man U vs Arsenal | Sunday 09 March | 16.30 UK Time.

That was our worst performance of the season but:
1) Saka and Martinelli should be back for the CL QFs.
2) It seems unlikely that anyone we play in the Champions League would play stylistically like Man U did today.
3) There's basically no way we fall out of CL places even if the sky falls down.
So it's not really clear if today's performance really "means" much in a forward-looking sense.

RocktheCasbah what’s there to be angry about? The league season is done. CL OR BUST.
I’m struggling to see how we’re better next season without Jorginho and Partey, with only
Zubimendi in. That looks like a downgrade to me.
Dom yep, the manager is pathetic in these games.
Roy Keane spot on with his comments on Sky just now.
Sicario2 - Tier 1 well, the fact that this is the worst United team I can remember and we've come away lucky not to lose to them.
I respect your right to be angry on the frequent occasions you are, let me by angry now if I want to be
For the record, I have calmed down a bit now.
RocktheCasbah good.
I think we are in this weird psychological place as a team where we know that we won’t win the league but will still get top 4 which leads to weird games like today. Whereas, in the CL the players just seem more hungry, fresh and know it’s a legit trophy we can win and seem more determined in that tournament.
Most of our best games this season have been in CL imo.
Sicario2 - Tier 1 I doubt anyone cared much about this game. They probably want to get healthy and prep for Ancelotti or Simeone.
I really want that Real Madrid tie.
Sicario2 - Tier 1 the moment you encounter teams like Madrid, I have no doubt we will be out of that competition as well

mohan they will of course be the out right favourites but it will be like Rocky 1 - we would be so much the underdog that it’s almost a free hit.
Anyway, worst teams have won the CL (Liverpool 2005, Chelsea 2021) than this current Arsenal side. Having Saka back is also huge.

Feels like a Bizarro Wenger phase season.
We’ll get mushroom tapped by either Madrid side.
We carry next to no goal threat and don’t have moments of magic. An issue which Arteta highlighted post the Bayern loss. Why the issue hasn’t been addressed I won’t understand.
I feel like I’ve overdosed on Trossard and Martinelli
lorddulaarsenal perfectly said. Why did we not power up the fucking attack after even Arteta was saying how we needed to do it post-Bayern?
It's beating a dead horse now but it's still mind-blowing.
Bring Back Kerrea Gilbert probably cuz we don’t have a real DoF in place.
