Honestly don't think we care too much about Williams. He isn't the guy. Costs way too much for a player that's 50–50 to even upgrade our starter.

dude, seriously. as of today, we are 5% of the way into the registration window. Do you expect a signfiicant share of deals to be done in the first 5% of the registration window?

I just took a look at our last 3 summer transfer dealings and the general trend is we don't officially sign players before July (at least none that are important) so I expect it'll be the same this year unless we are trying to do some PSR messing about.

If we get to August and we don't have Zubimendi, one of Sesko/Gyokeres and a couple of other players then I'll start worrying.

We absolutely should be worrying , this window should have been a completely opposite to what we usually do given the needs we have on the attacking front. I would not be surprised if we lose out on the likes of Sesko , Gyokeres and Williams

GooneriC its the 5th of June. Almost no one has officially signed big players. There have been a few "here we go's" but we've already had one of those for Zubimbendi that people wont accept so we can't accept them for other teams either.

Qwiss I promise you within a blink of an eye it will be August 5th and we are still dilly dallying away. We rarely do transfer windows well.

Burnwinter I'm pretty sure the link is bull, but anyone spending that amount on a kid at this stage of the project needs to be sacked.

Klaus it depends on if its part of the main spending or if they are doing it aside from it as an investment.

Burnwinter probably right. I love his ability, way smoother than Martinelli and can be great one v one, but he output is by no means particularly impressive.

There must be someone better than our two current incumbents though. I can't bear the thought of another season with the status quo.

Bring Back Kerrea Gilbert I'd be happy if they signed one fully developed ready to go player (Gyokeres, Rodrygo, etc) and one developmental player (Sesko, Williams, Gittens, etc). 2 projects I'd be worried but I'd have to give them half a season to judge where we are with them. Can't constantly be building for the future rather than now though because as we've seen that just ends up with you never quite reaching the finish line.
