Chukwueze is a rising star at 25? Not on the level of the others here at all. In fact most of Tiers 3 and 4 are better.

Qwiss agree with this. rest i would largely keep as is.
Would only look at players in Tier 2 and 3 for tansfer (rest largely unavailable). In that gorp, we really come down to Rodrygo and Williams who make sense. i would also consider Rafael Leao whose numbers are basically down 40% in last two years. he is another player who is possibly being wasted where he is.

Claudius Leao has always seemed a bit too expensive to take the risk on but he could go nuts in the PL.

Qwiss His stock is not at an all time high right now either, like you say this guy has real star potential and could absolutely explode under the right conditions.

With wide players this window there are many different good options. Nico Williams, potentially Barcola, Gittens, Semenyo. Possibly of Rodrygo and Leao as well.

MistaT in a good culture, you can teach one new man how to work hard and defend. what you will struggle to teach an adult is ability to beat a man and create his own chance

Why not get someone who already does work hard defensively and also has the ability to beat his man and create his own chance? Nico and Semenyo both fit that bill perfectly IMO. I'd prefer either of them over Rodrygo personally. They also are two footed.

Yep, both Williams and Semenyo are fairly tall as well which I really want in at least one wide attacker. Power and athleticism.

lorddulaarsenal always liked him. Was only half-decent at Wolves, but it was a learning experience. Also means he's been in the PL already.

I don't think a punt like Trincao is what we need. He couldn’t break into the starting XI at Wolves and lacked both physicality and end product when he did get a chance.

Rodrygo would be my preference over Williams. At 24, he has already shown his quality at the highest level for Real Madrid in both La Liga and the Champions League. I also think he’s the better goalscorer and could really explode if given more responsibility on the pitch. Williams is physically stronger, but I feel Rodrygo offers more against low blocks and in tight spaces—he’s more likely to produce those moments of magic.

That said, I’d be happy with either. Any other (plausible) option would be a tier below, in my opinion.
